Crush your choice of nuts. Here I have taken, almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios

In a pan heat 1/4 cup of clarified butter(ghee) on medium flame.

Add chopped nuts and roast for 8-10 minutes or until they turn lights brown, Ghee roast aroma. Let it come to room temperature.

Heat 1/4 cup of clarified butter (ghee) on medium flame.

Add deseeded dates and toast in ghee for 5-7 minutes or until soft.

Transfer to a plate and let it come to room temperature. Add toasted nuts.

Mix and spread it out on the plate to cool, add poppy seeds and mix again.

Make small balls and roll into desiccated coconut.

Serve!
