  2. 2lettuce leaves
  3. 5 cmCucumber
  4. 1Tomato

    Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and add it to the heated cooking oil of your choice. Season with your preferred spices or salt to taste. Stir continuously for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

    Wash all the veggies, then shred the lettuce into smaller pieces. Cut about 5 cm of cucumber into cubes.

    Cut your tomatoes into cubes. Add all the veggies to the bowl and mix well. Add your chicken to the bowl and drizzle with your preferred salad dressing. Feel free to adjust the amount to taste.
