Ingredients

  1. 5 mlFat, of Ghee
  2. 900 gBoerewors (Sausage)
  3. 30 mlCoconut Oil
  4. 2yellow Onion, sliced
  5. 2red Onion, sliced
  6. 4Garlic cloves, crushed
  7. 5mixed Bell Pepper, sliced
  8. 5 mlSalt
  9. 5 mlBlack Pepper, freshly ground
  10. 2,5 mlPaprika
  11. 60 mlRed Wine
  12. 120 mlfresh Parsley, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Rub skillet with Fat and heat on medium-high. Brown Wors on both sides.

    Remove Wors from skillet and cut in 2 cm diagonal pieces. Set aside.

    Add Coconut Oil to the skillet and heat. Add Onion and fry till translucent.

    Add Garlic and Peppers to the skillet and cook for a few minutes.

    Add seasoning and Wine. Deglase the skillet. Reduce heat.

    Add the Wors back and simmer with the lid closed for 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    Uncovered, increase heat and reduce liquid. Sprinkle with Parsley and serve.
