A taste of summer! Cucumber Salsa with a nice bite!

Ingredients

2cucumbers peeled, seeded, and chopped
2tomatoes seeded and finely chopped
1small onion finely chopped
3 tbspminced fresh cilantro
1jalapeno, seeded and diced
3/4 cupdiced bell pepper
1 clovegarlic, minced
1/4 cupreduced fat sour cream
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tsplime juice
1 1/2 tspground cumin
1/2 tspseasoned salt
1/2 tspground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

20 mins

In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. In another bowl, combine the sour cream,lemon juice, lime juice, cumin, and seasoned salt. Pour over cucumber mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately. Delicious!
