  1. 2 handfulugba(oil bean
  2. 1medium onions
  3. 1cooking spoonfull red oil
  4. 1tablespoonful ground crayfish
  5. 2fresh Pepper
  6. 1Maggi cube
  7. 1 pinchOkiri and salt

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly heat up your red oil for 5 seconds after which you place your chopped onions, pepper and ground crayfish then turn off the heat and allow to cool off.

    Then put the okiri and ugba stirred together and your ugba sauce is ready.

    Feel free to pair with whatever you like,i paired mine with sweet potato and my left over haked fish, the taste was heavenly.
