#leftoverchallenge. My son boiled the whole 2 kg baby potatoes when I ask him why did you do that he saw the potatoes being small size and he thought we won't be enough but funny we just a small family of 3 members. So they he was making for potato salad now I need to pot roast those left overs potatoes to something new.

I use steamed rice left from yesterday, fridge over night.
