  • 1lit water
  • Tulsi 40-50 leaves
  • Ajwain (fresh/dry) 1/2 નાની ચમચી
  • ginger 4inch
  • cardamom 3
  • cinnamon small amt
  • cloves 3
  • black pepper 3
  • fennel 2 મોટી ચમચી
  • Desi rose 🌹 few petals
  • Turmeric powered (2 મોટી ચમચી)
  • Edible Camphor (helps in weight loss)
  • Pure honey (add while drinking only) 1TBS or jaggery
  • Pure cow ghee (add while drinking only) 3 drops
  • Salt 1/2 નાની ચમચી (Himalaya pink rock salt)
  • Lemon 🍋
  • Aprajita (blue pea Flowers’s)3-5 flowers (optional)
  • Munakka (dry grapes)
  • Curry leaves 7-10 or dry curry leaves powder 2 મોટી ચમચી

    In a pan, add two glasses of water. Add all the ingredients to the pan and mix.
