કૂકપેડ એપ્પ માં ખોલોરાંધવાની સૂચનાઓ

શીંગ ને શેકી ને ઠંડી પડે એટલે ફોતરા કાઢી તૈયાર કરો.

ત્યારબાદ મિક્સર માં course પીસી લો. ભૂકો રેડી કરો..

એક જાડા તળિયા ના વાસણ માં ખાંડ એડ કરી તે ડૂબે એટલું પાણી નાખી ૧તાર ની ચાસણી તૈયાર કરો.

ચાસણી રેડી થાય એટલે શીંગ નો ભૂકો નાખી સરખું હલાવી દો એમાં ઘી ઉમેરી પાછું મિક્સ કરી ગ્રીસ કરેલી થાળી કે ટાટ માં પાથરી ને ઠંડુ થવા દો.
ઠરી જાય એટલે મનપસંદ કટકા કરી કન્ટેનર માં ભરી દો..
