My favourite food, it's simple, pack full of nutrients and yummyyyy.

Prepare the fish, score it nicely.

Dilute salt, tamarind and water. Let the fish marinated for at least 30 minutes.

Place it on air fryer set the temp to 175 degrees for 15 minutes each sides. The temp and times vary depends on the fish size.

Whilst the fish cooked in the air fryer, boiled the choy sum and make the sambal. Pound the chopped shallot with chillies and seasoning then add belacan, tomatoes and squize of lime.
