Cara Membuat

Mix the coated ingredients. Flour, rice flour, salt, a paprika powder, pepper, and garlic powder evenly.
Campur bahan pelapis. Tepung terigu, tepung beras, garam, paprika bubuk, merica, dan bawang putih bubuk hingga merata.

Cut the tofu into half and wrap it with the nori, then gently cut it, then coated the tofu with the coated ingredients.
Potong tahu menjadi dua dan bungkus dengan nori, lalu potong perlahan, lalu lumuri tahu dengan bahan yang sudah dilapisi.

Preheat the frying pan with a veg oil, and fry the coated tofu till it brown. Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Panaskan wajan dengan minyak sayur, lalu goreng tahu yang sudah dilapisi hingga kecoklatan.
