My version of coronation chicken (airfryer)

Cut the chicken breast into stripes and sprinkle ground pepper and salt to season it.

Place all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly to combine

Spray the chicken with olive oil and place it in the airfryer for 9 minutes at 190° C. Flip it over and cook an additional 6-9 minutes.

Mix the sauce and the chicken and serve it at room temperature.
