almond milk • dates • heaping tablespoon cocoa powder • peanut butter or hazelnut butter • salt • stevia (optional) for a sweeter taste

date paste (about 250 grams) • blanched almonds, skins removed (about 150 grams) • fresh milk or almond milk (about 250 ml) • unsweetened cocoa powder (about 80 grams) • vanilla extract • honey, optional (about 100 grams; I didn't use it)
