First, soak the dates in warm water or leave them in tap water overnight to soften, then blend them into a paste.

To blanch the almonds: Place the almonds in a small saucepan, cover with water, and heat over low until just boiling. Remove the skins carefully—be careful not to burn yourself!

Add the dry ingredients first, then the liquids, and blend everything in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.

Enjoy guilt-free on multigrain bread for breakfast or whenever you crave something sweet!
