Soak red lentil for 30 minutes and wet grind to a smooth paste.Keep aside.Grind green chillies,ginger and garlic and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan,fry chopped onion till golden.Add red chilly,turmeric and coriander powders,mix.Add salt and green chilli paste.

Add lentill paste,mix and cook till thick.Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Transfer it on a thali/tray over a baking sheet.Refrigerate for 1hour.Cut into your desired shapes.

Heat oil and deep fry on low -medium heat till golden.Garnish with chilli flakes and serve with coriander/ mint chutney.
