Slicesonions 2 big
Vinegar(2-3 table spoons
Black pepper
Salt (pinch)
Seasonings
Oil
Spices(pinch)
Garlic (optional)
Soy sauce

Steps

On ur gas or stove (any) add ur oil and heat add a piece of onion for a good smell.

Separately mix the onions (sliced) with other ingredients

Off the stove or gas and pour in the heated oil (fried) to ur onion and close,leave it for 2 minutes and then open and serve with salad,jollofs,(especially rice). Enjoy!!!
