Crockpot garlic Parmesan chicken

I seen this recipe on Country Cook and wanted to give it a try. https://www.thecountrycook.net/crock-pot-garlic-parmesan-chicken/
I like easy recipe that I can set it and forget it , especially in crockpot season lol (winter) or them busy days. ( well everyone agreed that this taste weird, and I think so too... we don’t cook or use mayo much, mainly because Iam not a big fan of it.... you can definitely taste the mayo in this, so if you don’t like mayo this recipe is not for you lol.., if I do ever make this again I might cut that mayo to a half of a cup or just leave it out. How ever this was so easy and looks good, it was ok but I think it had to much of a mayo taste than anything.)

Steps
- 1
Place frozen chicken breasts into the bottom of crockpot. Pour one cup of chicken broth over top.
- 2
Season with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning and a dash of salt and pepper.
- 3
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours (or low for at least 6 hours).
- 4
Drain excess broth and fat from cooked chicken. In a bowl, combine softened butter, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, 1 tsp. Italian seasoning and a dash of salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- 5
Scoop this mixture on top of cooked chicken.
- 6
Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until sauce is creamy and cheese is melted.
- 7
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
- 8
Notes- I used this. + the Italian seasoning.
- 9
This can also be cooked in an instant pot or pressure cooker.
