Ingredients

  • 3chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 cankidney beans
  • 1canned sweet corn
  • 1 canblack beans
  • 1 candiced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 2 cupswater or chicken stock
  • 1 packettaco seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the chicken then shred it set aside

  2. 2

    Drain kidney beans black beans and corn Rinse them.

  3. 3

    Place all ingredients in crockpot or pressure cooker or instant pot, or a pot on the stove.

  4. 4

    Add water or chicken stock and the packet of taco seasoning, mix.

  5. 5

    Crockpot- on high 3-4 hrs. Instant pot or pressure cooker - 10 mins with a quick release. Stove top- 15/20 mins on low/ med heat.

  6. 6

    Toppings- cheese, sour cream,tortilla chips Fritos corn chips.
