Ingredients

  • 21/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 1tspn salt
  • 1/2tspn sugar
  • 1/2baking powder
  • 1 tbspnveg oil
  • 1 tbspnyeast

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all d dry ingredients and add veg oil

    Mix d veg oil until consistently crumble

    Slowly add warm water to make a smooth batter

    D batter should not b too thick and not too watery

  5. 5

    Close d container and keep in warm place to rise for 1 hr

    Get d moi moi containers or nylon bag or plastic containers,, rub dem wit oil and pour d batter up to half of d container

  7. 7

    Steam for 30-45mins

    Serve when its done ✅ serve wit stew or pepper soup or vegetable soup
