Chaach is used widely in our country , specially after food , which helps in digestion , usually mint chaach , masala chaach is used , here I have tried with tomato flavour , it has come out well
Steps

Divide the curd into three parts

Take a mixer jar and put one portion of curd, salt and little water, blend it into a smooth mixture, white chaach is ready

Then blend second portion of curd with tomato paste, salt and little water, orange chaach is ready
- 4
Then blend mint leaves with green chilli and little water, into a fine mixture
- 5
Then add curd to the mint mixture and blend once again, green chaach is ready
- 6
Now take three small glasses and put three different colours chaach in each glass
- 7
Now garnish them with three different ingredients, like garnish green chaach with mint leaves, white chaach with jeera powder and orange chaach with a tomato slice

Serve them chilled and enjoy three different flavours of chaach
