Mix all the ingredients and form dough

Take out portion and make rolled dough as shown and place it in steamer on a oil greased plate and cover with lid. Steam for 15 mins and take out on a plate.

Keep it in fridge for 10 mins or let it cool down completely for 20 mins and then cut to slices and deep fry till golden brown

Crispy wadi is ready to serve.
