Steps

First boil/cook arbi for one whistle and let the pressure get down. After cooling peel arbi. In a kadhai add carom seeds, mustard seeds, hing,turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder,green chillies.

Add coriander leaves and saute. Add garam masla.

Add boiled and chopped arbi,salt,sugar and mix lightly.Let it get roasted till crispy from all sides.

Ready to serve
