Ingredients

  1. 1bell pepper each red,yellow,green cut lengthwise
  2. 1medium broccoli head cut into florets
  3. 1medium onion cut lengthwise
  4. 1medium carrot cut lengthwise
  5. 1medium zucchini both yellow and green cut lengthwise
  6. 5-6french beans cut lengthwise
  7. 5-6babycorns
  8. 100 gmstofu/paneer cut lengthwise
  9. 3-4mushrooms cut into halves
  10. 2-3garlic cloves
  11. 2 tbspolive oil/butter
  12. 1 tsporegano
  13. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  14. As requiredsalt
  15. As requiredYou can add any veggies of your choice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a non -stick pan heat olive oil/butter

  2. 2

    Add all veggies except bell peppers and paneer/tofu.

  3. 3

    Add salt and saute the veggies till half done.

  4. 4

    Add bell peppers,tofu/paneer and sprinkle oregano.

  5. 5

    Mix and saute for more 5mins.

  6. 6

    Serve hot or cold.
