Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsprout moth
  2. 1 cupBeans (mataki)
  3. 3-4 tbsp dessicated coconut
  4. 1big potato
  5. 1big onion
  6. 5-6 curry leaves
  7. handfulcoriander leaves
  8. For tempering:
  9. 1 tspAsafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds
  10. 3 tsp oil
  11. as required farsana
  12. 1-2lemon
  13. 1 tbsp sugar
  14. to taste salt
  15. 3-4 chilli powder
  16. 3-4Bread slices
  17. 2 tbspgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan heat oil and add asafoetida, Cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves. After that add chopped onion and chopped potatoes (make very thin slices). Fry it well till onion become brown. Now add sprout moth beans, desiccated coconut and fry for 2-3 minutes. Now add sugar, salt, chilli powder. Add water and let them boil for around 10 minutes. Add garam masala and boil for 2-3 minutes more. Off the flame. Add coriander leaves.
