  • 100 gramsRice
  • 100 gramssugar
  • 1 litremilk
  • 15-20Almonds
  • 1 tspCardamom powder

Steps

    Soak rice for 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Boiled milk, after boiling add rice.

  3. 3

    When milk reduce, add sugar, Cardamom powder, almond powder.

  4. 4

    Kheer is ready to serve,we can also serve chilled or hot.
