Moong Daal with Green peas
Steps

Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 8-10 curry leaves & saute. Then add chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves & saute well.

Add moong daal, green peas and mix. Then add 1 cup water & turmeric powder. Then cover & let moong daal & green peas cook.

Then add red chilli powder, salt, sugar, tamarind pulp & chopped carrots. Mix well, cover & let it be on low flame for about 5 minutes. Serve hot with roti, chapati, bhakri or naan.
