Ingredients

  • 300 gmawa
  • 5 tspsugar powder
  • 1/2litter milk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 3 cupwater
  • 1lemon juice
  • 25 gpoppy seed

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, milk put on flame when boil the milk add lemon juice make a chena then wash the chena.Strain water with cotton cloth.

    By kneading make soft dough then make all small size ball keep aside.

    Deep bottom pan Put on flame add sugar add water make a syrup add all ball cook around 16 to 17 min on full flame.After 2 hours strain all rasgulla with syrup.Keep aside

  4. 4

    Now roast mawa few min add sugar stair it continues till sugar powder coat with mawa well when it's little cool take little amount of mawa fill one rasgulla cover well now roll over the poppy seeds in this process make all ruskadum
