Ingredients

1 cupvermicelli
1chopped carrot
1 cupgreen peas
2green chillies
8-10curry leaves
1 pinchaestofida/hing
as per tasteSalt
as per tasteSugar

In a pan take oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds.add hing and green chillies and curry leaves

Add carrots and peas and saute
3

Add vermicelli and saute adds salt,sugar
4

Add water and cover with lid and let it cook for 10 mins.Stir in between.squeeze lemon - optional

Ready to serve hot.
