Blend the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into the cooker with the meat and potatoes, close the lid, and cook on low heat for 35 minutes after the valve rises and starts to jiggle. Once the time is up, wait for the valve to drop, open the cooker, and it's ready to serve. You can accompany it with rice or some refried beans.
