  3. 1 tblsginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tblssalt
  5. 1/2 tblsred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspblack pepper
  7. 1 tspzeera
  8. For coating chicken:
  9. 1/2 cupBaison
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tspsalt
  12. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  13. 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Chicken ko merinate kr k 30 min k liye rakh dien phir steam de dien.Baison mien egg, salt, red chilli powder, baking soda, zeera or pani daal kr mix kr k thin paste bna lien. Ab batter mien chicken dipp kr k fry krein. Dono trf se golden ho jaye to serve kr lien.
