Sift flour and salt. Add cold butter.

Mix butter with fork by cutting and pressing. The mixture should be like bread crumbs. Add 1 tbls iced cold water or more if needed.

Knead with light hands. Wrap it with plastic wrap or in butter paper. Place it in fridge fo 30 min.

Roll it by using flour. Roll it and make thin flat bread/Roti and place it on the tart pan.

Cut the extra edges. Fork it and cover with butter paper.

Put any Lentils or rice or clean pebbles for weight. And blind bake for 15 to 20 min. Fry the capsicum and carrots.

Use 1 tbls of oil and add 1 clove of chopped garlic and salt and pepper and cook it until done. Shredd it. Fry sliced onion in remaining 1 tbls oil. Add chicken or any chicken type as want.

Add cream, eggs, salt & pepper with milk together. Mix it well.

Fill with chicken and vegetables on the tart then add cheese. Pour the eggs n cream mixture. Then spread cheese again.

Bake it at 200°for 40 to 45 min or till the crust and top golden brown. Or light brown.
