In a large bowl, combine the pears, bell pepper, garlic, onion, cucumber, bread, and mint leaves.

Add the salt, olive oil, and vinegar. Mix and let sit for 10 minutes.

Transfer the ingredients to a blender. Add the water to help blend everything smoothly. Blend until completely smooth with no chunks remaining.

Serve very cold. I served it with some grapes and mint leaves. Enjoy!
