Take a mixing bowl add photo mozzarella cheese onion and cabbage mix well now add salt coriander powder, red chilli powder Garam masala,chaat masala in it.

Now add chopped coriander leaves mix more.Keep aside

Take wheat flour add some salt knead into a soft and smooth dough by adding water as needed

Once a dough is kneaded add oil and knead 2-3 minutes more.

Now make small balls of the dough and roll them out into round chapatis.

On one chapati carefully add the filling on the half side of chapati

Fold the other half on the filled side seal the edge with oil and roll it

Heat a flat bottom pan when hot roast the filled paratha till both sides are cooked well.

Serve hot with butter
