Ingredients

1/2 cupthick yogurt
1 tbspfinely chopped beetroot
1/8 tspchaat masala
1/8 tspcumin powder
1/8 tspsalt
as requiredMint for garnish

Steps

In a bowl take thick yogurt, add finely chopped beetroot.

Then add chaat masala, cumin powder and salt, mix well and pour it into serving cups. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve.

Serve chilled with biryani or pulao.
