Steps

First rinse the palak and finely chopped it.Then add chopped onion,chopped ginger, chopped green chillies & add all spices. Next add some water & gram flour, salt and mix well.

Now heat a frying pan and put adequate amount of cooking oil in it, when it's properly heated then make small balls and deep fry on medium flame.....
