For Fish. Take salt red chilli 1 tb spoon Coriender powder 1 spoon. Haldi 1 t sppon n white zeera. Mix them properly n apply on fish n mareinate for 5 to 10 mints

Till them take a onion n cut in small pieces n start cooking n then wash palak preopely n cut n then start cooking. Add remaon spinces in it n tomatoe as well.and let it cook.

Take oil in fry pan n half fry fish in pan in low flame.

When palak become soft n almost ready then take fish peces on palak pot n cook for 15 to 20 mints on low flame with cover.

After them serve in tray n squeeze lemon with rice flour roti WITH salad
