First of all we have fine a clean bowl to break your eggs then you add ur scotch bonnets,ginger, garlic cut your onion in to small pieces and add it then your seasoning and salt mix it well then you tie it the way you tie moi moi and cook for 15 minute then remove & allow to cool

Beside you have your flour that mix with water and salt slice ur egg put in your flour that is mix with water and then put in bread crum an fry until golden ready to serve
