Steps

In boiling water add soya chunks and cook for 45 seconds and squeeze water and grind it.Combine all ingredients mentioned above except rice.

Divide the soya mixture into small equal portions. And shaped into balls. Coat them with rice.

Heat water in a steamer. Grease plate with oil and place the prepared dumplings on the plate.

Cover and steam for 5minutes after 5 minutes add one drop food colour (optional)to the top and cover again and cook it till the rice is fully cooked.

Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or any chutney.
