Ingredients

  1. 1 cupalmonds
  2. 3/4 th cup sugar
  3. 1/2 cupwater
  4. fewrose petals
  5. 3-4 cardamoms

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a vok add 1 cup almonds and 3/4th cup of sugar. Let sugar melt by adding little water.Stir thoroughly. First on high flame after melting sugar then on medium.

  2. 2

    Now add few rose petals and cardamom.. And stir well. When all sugar melts turn off the stove and take them out on butter paper.And then cool them. Candid almonds are ready.
