Masala Chana Dal

Take chana dal in a bowl add water and washed it nicely for 2 to 3 times.

Now add sufficient water cover it and left to soak dal for 2 to 3 hours.

When dal soaked transfer in cooker, add 1/2 tsp salt and turmeric powder.

Close the lid and wait for 3 to 4 whistle or till dal cook.

Other side, heat desi ghee in a vessel.

Add cumin seeds.

And Chopped garlic.

Saute for few seconds.

Now add chopped ginger.

Chopped onion.

Cardamom.

Cloves, now stir on low to medium flame.

Now add hing powder.

Slit green chilli.

Now add chopped tomato.

Salt as per taste, mix and stir, cover and cook

When done add boiled chana dal

Mix and cook for 3 to 4 minutes when done switch of gas

Fresh chopped Corrieder and mix well

Now Masala Chana Dal is ready to serve, serve hot for more taste
