4/5fillets of hake
1egg
100 gflour
1 tspbaking powder
spices and herbs of choice
oil
(chips)
6potatoes cut into chip or wedge shape and parboiled

Steps

Mix salt, spices and baking powder with the flour.

In a separate bowl mix the egg with a bit of milk.

Dip fish in flour mixture and then egg and lastly flour again.Fry until golden brown.

Allow the boiled chips to get really cold and fry till golden.Enjoy.
