First of all make dough, take maida salt and ghee add water and make soft dough, keep it for rest for 30 minutes.

Make stuffing with potato paneer peas and all dry spices, saktey with little oil.

Mixed chat masala, kismish in stuffing.

Make round chapati of maida cut into center and take 1 piece and make like cone, add stuffing, seal with maida slurry.

Deep fry all samosa in medium hot oil.
- 6
Make chutney with Pudina and coriander, serve samosa with chutney.
