First take a pot and melt the sugar for caramel.Do not add water or anything.After melt the sugar carefully and fastly add in microwave save or in a Steel bowl.Use following pic

Then take a pot, add water and place a tin with overwrap aluminum foil.And cover it and preheat it on medium to low flame.

Then in another bowl crack the eggs add milk sugar and vanilla essence and mix it well.

Stain the mixture in another bowl.Then again stain the mixture in reverse bowl.Add mixture in set caramalized bowl and bake it for 25-30 minutes on low flame

When u go to bake it first place aluminum foil and then cover it for bake.After baking separate the edges carefully and make small pieces I love to eat small pieces of pudding but u can eat as it is..
