Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1 cupmix vegetables chopped
  • 7-8cashew nuts and raisins
  • 4-5whole garam masala
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and boil the rice,strain the starch away

  2. 2

    Now heat oil and fry the whole garam masala

  3. 3

    Add cashew nuts and raisins,stir a minute

  4. 4

    Add vegetables and saute for few minutes adding salt

  5. 5

    Once vegetables are tender add rice mix well, cook for 2/3 mins & serve
