Steps

Roast the whole wheat flour and the suji together till golden brown

Heat ghee and add the cardamon powder

Add the Jaggery and let it melt

Add the cream

Add the toasted flour

Cook for 5 mins till you see the ghee leaving the sides

Remove in a greased plate and flatten it

Sprinkle the sliced nuts and then cut into squares or diamond shape
