  • Salt n pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Turmeric powder
  • Plain flour
  • Cooked rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade prawn with garlic powder,salt pepper,lemon juice and chilli flake leave aside

    Make batter with flour salt,pepper and water add a bit of baking powder

  3. 3

    Deep the prawn in the batter then deep fry

  4. 4

    Serve with egg fried rice
