Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 LiterMilk
  • 1/2 Cupsuger or more depending on the taste
  • 1 tspsahlab powder
  • 1mastic bag
  • 1 tbsrose water
  • For decoration
  • Pistachio

Steps

  1. 1

    In a cooking pot, pour the milk

  2. 2

    When it becomes warm add the sugar

  3. 3

    Smash the mastic and add to milk and sugar

  4. 4

    Sift sahlab powder using a strainer (filter) above the milk mix

  5. 5

    Leave to boil till it becomes sticky

  6. 6

    Last step, add rose water

  7. 7

    Sprinkle pistachio on top

  8. 8
