  • 2 tbspcorn flour
  • 1/2 tbspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly peel the potato.Now cut it into the Long sliced.now in a bowl add potato,salt and corn flour.give a nice mix.

    Heat up a kadai add add oil.when the oil heat up add corn flour coated potato in it.cook until crispy and golden brown.

    Serve with tomato sauce.
