Ingredients: 11/2 cups flour; 1/2 cups brown sugar; 1/2 cup plain, sweetened yoghurt; 1/4 cup roughly chopped nuts; 2 big fingers ripe banana; 1/2 tsp baking powder; 1/4 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp flavor (banana or vanilla)

1/2 cupplain, sweetened yoghurt
1/4 cuproughly chopped nuts
2big fingers ripe banana
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspflavor (banana or vanilla)

Steps

Mash banana and mix with yoghurt and set aside

Combine all the dry ingredients and gradually mix with the wet ingredients

Add the flavor and then nuts

Turn batter into a prepared loaf pan and bake on medium heat for 30 minutes or until it passes the tooth pick test.

Allow to cool and enjoy your loaf with any beverage of choice.
