Ingredients

  1. 120 gwhite chocolatr
  2. 50 gbutter
  3. 50 gpowdered sugar
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1yolk
  6. 2 tbsplemon juice
  7. Lemon zest from 1 lemon
  8. 1 tspvanilla
  9. 40 gall purpose flour
  10. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Melt white chocolate and butter in microwave

  2. 2

    Add in powdered sugar, eggs, yolk, lemon juice, lemon zest. Stir to combine.

    Add sifted flour salt. Mix well.

    Pre-heated oven at 425F. Grease muffin mold with butter and flour.

  5. 5

    Bake at 425F for 10 minute. Jiggle at the center). Serve warm with berries.
