Take a bowl and add maida sooji and ghee and knead the dough with leuk warm water.

Keep it at rest for 30mints

In the mean time, take pan and add khoya and roast it well. Add coconut and dry fruits to it.

Knead the dough again and make small balls. Take a ball and roll it with roll pin

Keep the flattened dough in a mould and fill it with the stuffing. And close the mould tightly. The gujiya is ready.

Make all the gujiya.like this.

Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the gujiyas in it.

Take sugar and water in a pan and make string sugar syrup.

Dip the gujiyas in the syrup and let them.rest for 30mints.

Now you can Serve the gujiyas
